Bananas with chocolate syrup: Bananas are packed with potassium and the chocolate syrup might fool you into thinking you're eating a banana split! One medium size banana with 1 tbsp chocolate syrup is about 150 calories
Fruit Smoothie: Take some frozen fruits (buy them frozen, or freeze some strawberries, blueberries, mango, whatever!), add to a blender with orange juice (not from concentrate) and your favorite yogurt, blend until smooth!
